Confirm the model type first; clean only the documented filter area or stop for service if unsure.

Remove obstructions from the sump or spray path; service is likely if it returns empty.

Verify the hot water supply is not set too high before running another test.

Confirm the supply valve is open and the inlet hose is not kinked.

Check the drain hose, sink connection, garbage disposal plug, and filter area.

Check for dishes blocking the reflector or spray path.
